Wool Wall Hanging Washing
The video shows a custom woven wool wall hanging. Our customer believes it was made in the late 1960’s-early 1970’s. Prior to it being washed at out shop it had never been professionally cleaned. With the customer’s permission we tested the darkest dye and it showed bleeding. We proceeded with the submersion wash and flushed the piece until the bleeding stopped, helping to ensure there would be no dye transfer.
