When trying to remove toner ink powder from commercial carpeting always start with a thorough vacuuming. Remember to make multiple overlapping passes in all 4 directions with a quality vacuum. Only after you have completed the vacuuming should liquid spotting detergents be used.
TIP: When vacuuming is complete clean the bottom of the housing and the beater bar of your vacuum so as not to spread the ink onto the clean carpeting.
