HOWEVER……….sometimes the unexpected happens….lets not cry over a glass of spilled milk ( or red wine). If an accident does happen remember to blot quickly and:
- Never rub or scrub Oriental rugs or carpeting
- Scrape up large spills with a spoon first
- Test any spotting solutions in a hidden area prior to use on visible areas
- Use table salt to absorb liquids
- Don’t over apply spotting agents-you may spread the spill
