Reliable and thorough service
I’ve used Regal Fabric Care for about 10 to 15 years and, although I’m not a big customer with a lot of carpets or rugs, they are super helpful every time. They don’t give you the third degree when you call, and they are a vendor I feel I can rely on in terms of quality and expertise. The two brothers are great, and their assistant/service tech who has been with them for a long time is wonderful. He goes out and does the homework. I had my upholstered section couch cleaned and he came out and did a great job. Regal Fabric Care’s prices are reasonable but I wish it was a little less. I know I’m supporting human beings and not a corporation. I’m a big believer in shopping local, building rapport and not always going with a corporation.
